Goods and/or Services

Only Natural is an online store selling cosmetics that are made from natural ingredients. While we endeavour to stock only natural products, our benecos nail polish range is 90% natural. All our products are free from the nasty chemicals found normally in cosmetics.

Agreement of Sale

All goods remain the property of Only Natural until an agreement of sale between Only Natural and the customer is made and payment for the items has been released into Only Natural’s bank account.

Delivery Policy: Orders for items in stock will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Orders paid by EFT payment will be processed within 24 hours of the payment being cleared. All orders will be dispatched with your choice of shipping methods. Orders that are delayed by the courier services do not constitute grounds for returning the goods or for a refund.

Any person at the delivery address stipulated on the order that has signed receipt for the delivery constitutes proof of delivery.

Return and Refunds Policy

Should stock not be available Only Natural will contact you to discuss the options available. Orders may be cancelled if payment has not been made or before the order has been dispatched by Only Natural. Refunds will be less the applicable bank charges and handling fee in cases of payment already made.

If a product is damaged or broken, of any insured order please contact Only Natural within 24 hours and we will contact the courier company/postal service to make arrangement for a replacement or refund for the damaged or broken product. The courier service will need to inspect the items. If you are not happy with your product, you may return it within 2 days of receipt, with a reason for your dissatisfaction, in the original sealed package and in an unused state. Shipping costs for the returned goods will be for your account. We will inspect it on receipt and a refund will be made to the value of the product (less a 10% handling fee) if it is in its original sealed state and is unused. If the product is used or opened and you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will contact the supplier on your behalf. The supplier will at their own discretion handle the dissatisfaction and Only Natural will not be held responsible for any refund.

Customer Privacy Policy

Only Natural will take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users, we will respect your privacy which means that all of the personal information given will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. All information provided will only be used to process your order.

Payment Options Accepted

Payment may be made via Payfast (see here for more information on these methods https://www.payfast.co.za/payment-methods/) or by bank transfer into the Only Natural bank account, the details of which will be provided during the checkout process.

Credit Card Acquiring and Security

All the above payment options (with the exception of manual bank transfer) will be acquired for Only Natural Natural via Payfast who use the strictest forms of encryption.

Customer Details Separate from Card Details

Customer details will be stored by Only Natural separately from card details which are entered by the customer on the Payfast secure payment terminal.

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).


Only Natural endeavours to stock only natural products or products manufactured without any toxic ingredients. Only Natural post all the information pertaining to the products sold in good faith and does not take any responsibility for any inaccuracy in the information provided on the website.

Our products contain oils and butter from natural nuts, seeds and fruits. If you have any allergies please read the product label carefully. We recommend that people with sensitive skin perform a patch test first to ensure there is no reaction. All facts, details & recommendations on our website are provided for information purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, prescribe or replace the advice of professionals.

Customer feedback is provided voluntarily, and as such, it is based on individual perception & expectations from a particular product

 Our recommendations are based on the advice of qualified alternative therapy practitioners and widely accepted facts about a particular natural ingredient.

Natural skincare products are not a medication, and we can only make a recommendation for suitability of our products in certain skin ailments & conditions. Any recommendations accepted by a purchaser are accepted entirely at the purchasers’ risk.

By purchasing our products you accept responsibility to check with a professional before using any products that may interfere with drugs or medical conditions. By purchasing our products you recognise and accept the fact that that some natural ingredients, essential oils, in particular, may still cause sensitivity in susceptible individuals and that Only Natural will not be held responsible for such occurrences. We encourage those with sensitive skin to select our unscented products or perform a patch test on the skin for possible reactions.

International customers

Orders from countries outside South Africa are accepted online but the shipping is calculated and added to your invoice manually.

As shipping charges from South Africa is quite expensive, we encourage our customers to send their own courier to collect their orders whenever possible.

Kindly note that some countries levy an additional import tax on products imported from South Africa – this tax or import fees are for the buyer’s account.
